All of our rentals are available for either morning or afternoon time slots (approximately 5 hours). Equipment can be picked up the night before for a morning rental. Please reach out if you have special circumstances. We try to accommodate as best we can.

Our soft play and bounce house kits do require a flat, dry surface free of rocks and debris for set up as well as some form of shade in the summer months because the equipment can get hot.
Absolutely. All of our equipment was purchased with transport and easy set up in mind. There are also instructions to help the process go smoothly. Just let us know the time that you'd like to pick up and we'll have it all ready. (Please note that you will need a truck or trailer for our soft play sets.)
Our equipment unfortunately cannot be set up in inclement weather and we are unable to refund on the day of the event, so we highly recommend an indoor back-up plan given the nature of Colorado's moody weather. If you suspect your party might get rained out beforehand, we will do our best to try to accommodate a different date.
Small changes can be made to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Date changes or cancellations should be done at least 2 weeks in advance.

We do offer delivery, set up and breakdown for a $75 fee within Colorado Springs. We will arrive at our agreed-upon time and set up for you.
Yes! Party Pep LLC is insured, so you are able to use our equipment in parks and venues within COS. Please be aware that the City of Colorado Springs requires a permit in order to set up our soft play and bounce house kits in their parks. The renter will need to secure any permits beforehand (as well as an adequate electric source or generator if renting an inflatable) as we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds if the proper permits or provisions are not attained. Yes! (Did we mention our owner is a preschool teacher?) Our equipment is cleaned between each use. All soft play, ball pit balls, and bounce houses are disinfected and sanitized before and after parties.
Most of our soft play equipment is intended for children 6 months to 4 or 5 years old (depending on their size). Our mini bounce houses are recommended for ages 2.5 -5 years old.
Once we confirm your rental inquiry, we will send you a rental agreement with all of the rules and details.
Yep! We have a choice of balloon, flower, or pom-pom garland available as add ons. Just let us know what you'd like when you fill out your rental inquiry!
Once you submit a rental inquiry and we confirm that your date is available, we will send you an invoice and rental agreement. A security deposit is due at that point. The remainder is due at the 48 hours before your event. You can make a secure payment on our website. We also accept Venmo or Zelle.
